Gated and golf-course — and unlike most of Clermont’s gated communities, open to all ages.
Legends is gated, built around a golf course, and — unlike Kings Ridge and Summit Greens — not age-restricted. That makes it one of the few Clermont communities where families and retirees live on the same streets. It's organized into named sections including Beacon Ridge, Bridgestone, and Nottingham at Legends.
This is where I send buyers who want the gated-golf feel but have kids at home, or who plan to own long enough that they'd rather not be locked into a 55+ resale pool later. When you sell an age-restricted home, your buyer pool is structurally limited. In Legends it isn't.
That flexibility is a genuine resale advantage, and in my experience most listings here undersell it. If you're selling in Legends, the all-ages angle belongs in the marketing, not buried in the property details.

No. Legends is a gated golf community open to all ages, which distinguishes it from Kings Ridge, Summit Greens, and Heritage Hills.
Named sections include Beacon Ridge at Legends, Bridgestone at Legends, and Nottingham at Legends. As with any community built in phases, comps are most accurate when pulled within the section.
It's one of the stronger gated options in Clermont for that, precisely because there's no age restriction. Call or text me at (352) 516-8664 and I'll tell you how it compares to the non-gated family neighborhoods nearby.
